What eligible buyers receive
- Every currently delivered qualifying design counts toward 250.
- Enough additional qualifying designs to reach at least 250.
- Same-product delivery at no additional charge.
- Entitlement preserved when the price rises.
- A proportional remedy if the deadline is missed.
What counts as a unique design
A counted design must be substantially visually distinct, carry its own canonical asset ID, and be delivered as a validated game-ready runtime asset. Recolors, palette swaps, material-only changes, resizes, crops, re-encodes, file-format conversions, alternate metadata, thumbnails, contact sheets, scale previews, documentation, source files, and corrected copies of an existing design do not create additional counted designs.
Delivery through the purchase storefront
Updates are delivered through the storefront where the eligible purchase was made when that storefront supports updates. A customer must retain the purchase record or entitlement needed by that storefront. If a storefront cannot technically preserve access, MYTHLODE ASSETS will use a lawful, reasonably available alternative after verifying the purchase.
Pricing and included updates
A later price increase does not require an eligible existing buyer to pay again for updates to that same covered product.
Proportional shortfall remedy
If a covered pack contains fewer than 250 qualifying designs at the deadline, an eligible buyer may request:
((250 - delivered count) / 250) × product price paid
The customer keeps the license to every asset delivered by the deadline. The complete Refund & Customer Support Policy governs the request and any storefront procedure.
Category packs and separate products
The eight current category compilations are sold with their stated current contents and do not carry a promised future count or deadline. Separate listings, sequels, expansions, bundles, subscriptions, services, custom work, and future products are excluded unless a public written listing expressly opts them in before purchase.
September 2026 product commitments
Harbor, Jungle, Medieval Battlefield, Military Camp, Pirate Ship, River and Sky promise at least 250 qualifying theme props each, with no completion deadline. Other future content types are plans only. Extra Props and category compilations have no 250-prop promise. Rigid Weapons and Shields has its separate three-state visual damage-library commitment; shield side views are gameplay assets and front views are inventory icons.

Published MYTHLODE packs with 50 to 229 verified assets cost $12.99; packs with 230 or more verified assets cost $24.99. Category packs require at least 50 verified assets. Existing purchasers keep the contents, license, price, and same-product promises accepted at purchase.
