HAUNTED FOREST COMPLETION AND LICENSE-RETENTION ADDENDUM
Version 1.0 — Effective September 10, 2026

1. COVERED PRODUCT AND DEADLINE

This addendum applies to MYTHLODE Haunted Forest Prop Pack when supplied with its customer release and disclosed before purchase through MythlodeAssets.com or the official MYTHLODE ASSETS storefront on itch.io.

This product includes 50 qualifying designs initially. MYTHLODE ASSETS commits to delivering at least 250 qualifying designs in this same product by June 27, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT). The initial 50 count toward 250; at least 200 additional qualifying designs are required.

2. INCORPORATED TERMS AND LIMITED SUBSTITUTIONS

The included THEME_COMPLETION_BASE_POLICY.txt is the unchanged Theme-Pack 250-Asset Completion and Same-Product Update Policy Version 2.0. Its definitions, qualifying-design counting rules, eligibility, no-charge same-product updates, price-increase protections, delivery, proportional shortfall remedy and other protections apply to Haunted Forest through this addendum.

Solely for Haunted Forest, this addendum replaces the base policy's covered-product list with MYTHLODE Haunted Forest Prop Pack, its completion deadline with June 27, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. CT, and its May 28, 2027 shortfall-request start date with June 28, 2027. The base policy's original-ten launch-date statements and launch-date recalculation provision do not establish or change this product's expressly stated fixed deadline. All other applicable protections remain intact. This addendum controls any direct conflict for Haunted Forest.

No interim release date, cadence, update size or sequence is promised. Recolors, resizes, alternate formats, duplicates, previews, documents, repairs and replacements do not count as additional qualifying designs. Required additions are free updates to the same purchased product for eligible purchasers, even if its price rises.

3. SHORTFALL AND RETAINED LICENSE

If this product is below 250 qualifying delivered designs at its deadline, an eligible purchaser may request the base policy's proportional remedy beginning June 28, 2027: ((250 - delivered count) / 250) multiplied by the applicable product price paid, subject to the base policy's definitions and limits. Later delivery does not reduce an accrued remedy.

For this addendum's remedy, the licensor expressly extends the customer-beneficial Completion Shortfall Refund license-retention protection in Universal Commercial Asset License Version 1.2 and Refund & Customer Support Policy Version 2.1 to Haunted Forest. This special remedy does not terminate the license to assets delivered by the applicable deadline. Ordinary license restrictions remain in force. Where the original documents limit this protection to their ten named products, this express extension controls solely for Haunted Forest. It does not reduce any accrued customer right.

4. UNAFFECTED PRODUCTS AND MANDATORY RIGHTS

The original ten products retain their May 27, 2027 deadline and existing rights. This addendum does not alter any other product, category packs, their frozen Source Collection or category-overlap guarantees. Mandatory law and binding marketplace procedures remain applicable.
